About Syndese
Syndese is a platform connecting suppliers and resellers. Suppliers can create a profile to present their business, product categories and contact details. Resellers can browse these profiles and contact suppliers directly, in particular via WhatsApp.
Using Syndese
By using Syndese, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. It is strictly prohibited to create fake accounts, publish misleading information, send spam, attempt to bypass site security, use Syndese for fraudulent or illegal activity, or offer or promote counterfeit products.
Suppliers
Each supplier is responsible for the information published on their profile and for the products they offer. Syndese may request certain items, such as a stock photo, to verify that a supplier actually carries out the activity described in their profile. This validation does not, however, constitute a guarantee regarding the business, product quality or authenticity.
Transactions between users
Syndese only facilitates introductions. Negotiations, payments, orders, deliveries and any refunds are handled directly between the supplier and the reseller. Syndese is not a party to these transactions and cannot guarantee their proper execution.
Account suspension
Syndese reserves the right to suspend or delete a profile in the event of fraud, abusive behaviour, serious reports or failure to comply with these rules.
