Anti-counterfeit policy
Syndese strictly prohibits the use of its platform to promote or sell counterfeit products.
Supplier responsibility
Each supplier is responsible for the goods they offer. They must ensure that products presented or sold comply with applicable law and that they have the right to market them. It is strictly prohibited to offer counterfeit products, present a counterfeit product as authentic, provide false proof of authenticity, or use Syndese to facilitate the sale of illegal goods.
Supplier verification
Syndese may request a stock photo or certain information to verify that a supplier's business actually exists.
Reseller responsibility
Before any transaction, resellers must carry out their own checks and may in particular request additional photos, information on provenance or proof of authenticity.
Reporting
If counterfeit activity is suspected, a supplier can be reported to contact@syndese.com. Syndese may review the report, request further information, temporarily suspend a profile or permanently delete an account when justified.
